Osteopath at Work

What types of health insurance do you accept?

We accept all types of health insurance. If you prefer cash, we can work on a payment plan with you to accommodate any budget.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat everything from injury to chronic pain, accidents or long term disabilities.

If your body is giving signals, such as fatigue or  trouble focusing, we can help with that too.

We treat any and all ages as well, from those still in the womb to those approaching their wiser years.

Will my chiropractic adjustments hurt?

The type of adjustments that we use here at Paynesville Chiropractic are taylered to each individual. The tools used at our clinic move only the bones that are misaligned, thus addressing specific areas rather than a whole region. Our adjustments help align the vertebrae and other joints so that healing can occur more easily. Pain is not usually associated with our gentle targeted approach.

What methods will be used at my appointment?

Dr. Liz is trained in all types of Chiropractic work. However, she uses a few tools to get the job done. The most prevalent is called a drop piece table. This allows your joints to be moved in a way that helps your bones line up more easily. The other two tools, an activator and integrator slide the bones back into their rightful places with minimum force.

Can I do things at home in addition to my chiropractic
appointments to help aid my healing?

Because each body is different, everyone will have different things that will be good for them to do in order to maintain good health.

Dr. Liz does a thorough exam and then prescribes the proper stretches, diet changes or lifestyle changes that will benefit you most.
